Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 Large whole turkey breast, all skin removed and trimmed up.

Rub: two parts black pepper and one part kosher salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle a Liberal amount of your rub all over your breasts. Don't be stingy here. Put your breasts in a big pan and put them in the cooler for at least an hour or two prior to cooking. Let them cool down to room temperature before placing on your barbecue pit.

Cook you're breasts at about 270° for two hours or so. When the the breasts are nice and brown wrap them up in heavy aluminum foil and add about a half a cup of butter and seal them up tight making sure there are no leaks! Place them back on the barbecue pit for about another hour or so. Your meet thermometer comes in big time here. You want an internal temperature of 150°. Remove them from your barbecue pit and let's set until the internal temperature drops to about 140°. To serve, slice your Turkey breast and dip the slices in butter. I don't mean sprinkle a little butter on it, I mean have yourself 4 or 5 cups of butter or whatever amount you need so that you can totally submerge your Turkey breast slices in the butter and place on a plate. Enjoy.

Personal Notes:
Try to find all natural turkey breast. Ask the butcher at the store and he'll tell you which ones are the best. You can order in advance and get unfrozen all natural breasts if you have the time and it does make a difference.
