Chicken Cutlets not pounded
Eggs
Panko Crumbs
Lawry Salt
Marinara Sauce-see my recipe under sauces
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with a little Lawry Salt
Mix Panko crumbs with a little Larwry Salt
Dip chicken in eggs and then in crumbs covering the chicken thoroughly on all sides
Sauté cutlets in Canola oil in fry pan on med high heat.
Because they are thick it will take a while. Keep turning and watch so they don't burn. Once they are light brown lower temperature and let cook through.
Put some sauce on top
Then Mozzarella
Then more sauce
Then some Parmesan
Bake in oven until hot and cheese melted
