3 c. Milk-cold
1/3 c. Tapioca
3 Eggs- separated
½ c. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put milk and tapioca in top of double boiler. Cook over water for 15 min. Beat 3 egg yolks with ½ c. sugar and stir into double boiler mixture slowly. Cook for another 2-3 min. Add vanilla and fold in STIFFLY beaten 3 egg whites. Chill. Enjoy!
