1 jar creamy peanut butter
2 lb. Merkens chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Make sandwiches with crackers and peanut butter. Microwave chocolate (1 pound at a time), stir until creamy. Using tongs, roll cookies in chocolate until coated. Place on waxed paper until set.
