½ C. butter
¾ C. cocoa
2 C. sugar
⅛ t. salt
¾ C. Pet milk
7 oz. marshmallow cream
1 t. vanilla
1 C. pecans
Pam spray

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 4-qt. saucepan sprayed with Pam. Add cocoa and stir until smooth. Add sugar, salt, and marshmallow cream. Bring to a full boil; boil, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until mixture reaches 226°F on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cool 20 minutes. Beat with wooden spoon until mixture loses its gloss. Blend in nuts. Spread in 9 x 9 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Cool until set.
