1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. Oregano
1 Tbsp. Basil
1 Tbsp. Parsley
1/2 tsp. crushed Red Pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 can Original Bread Sticks dough
Wooden Skewers
Marinara Sauce
Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. In a bowl combine: Beef, bread crumbs, cheese, spices, and garlic. Form into 1" balls. Unroll dough; separate into 12 breadsticks. Thread one end of a breadstick on 10-inch skewer; add 1 meatball, leaving 1/4 inch between dough and meatball. Repeat threading with breadstick and 2 additional meatballs. Place 1" apart on cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining bread sticks and meatballs. Bake for 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through. Remove from oven, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Put back in the oven until cheese melts. Serve with Marinara sauce.
