1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar
pinch of salt
2 eggs
2-3 c. fruit of choice (sliced strawberries or apples, etc.)
4-6 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
Whipped cream or ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat flour, milk, 1 tsp. sugar, salt and eggs into a thin pancake like batter. Add more milk if needed. Prepare 9 x 13 pan by melting butter in it to cover bottom of pan. Pour batter over the butter. Generously cover batter with fruit. Cover with sugar. (If using apples, sprinkle cinnamon on top.) Dot with more butter and bake 20 minutes at 450º, then 10 minutes more at 350º. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Store in refrigerator.
