2/3 c. All purpose flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter
Filling
4 large Granny Smith Apples
2 Tbsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Grease a 2 qt. baking dish. For Topping: Place flour, rolled oats, sugar, and butter in a large bowl. Mix well. For Filling: Peel, core and slice apples. Layer into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon over the apples slices. Sprinkle the Topping mixture over the top. Bake until apples have a softened and the crumble is lightly brown. 20-25 minutes. Serve warm and/or with ice cream,.
