1 lb lean ground beef
2 oz cream cheese
1 egg
3 slices bacon, cooked, and chopped fine
3 jalapenos, seeded and minced
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
4 garlic cloves
1/2 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
1 tbsp. dried oregano
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 350

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well - but do not over mix. Using a tablespoon scoop, scoop out meat, roll into ball, and place on greased baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.
