3 eggs
1½ C. oil
2 C. sugar
3 C. chopped apples
(I have used canned apples)
1 C. pecans
1 C. coconut
3 C. self-rising flour
¾ t. cinnamon
¾ t. allspice
¾ t. nutmeg
¾ t. cloves

Topping:
½ stick oleo
½ C. brown sugar
⅓ C. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients together until well-blended. Bake in tube pan at 325°F for 1 hour.

To make topping, mix ingredients and boil for 3 minutes. Pour over cake as soon as it is turned onto the plate.
