1 C Flour
salt
pepper
1/4 chicken fat or oil mixed with 1/2 C chicken stock
1/2 C chopped onion
1 small egg

Directions:
Directions:
1. whisk egg
2. stir in fat or oil mix
3. mix all ingredient together to a sticky dough
4. spoon into chicken or turkey

This can be cooked separately either spooned into the neck skin of the chicken or wrapped in foil and roasted

Nana would cook us dinner in her little apartment. Often it would be chicken with helzel stuffing and perhaps some kishke which Dad loved and we would be lucky to get a tasty crispy morsel!
