1 1/2 Cups Semolina flour
1/4 Cup Cocoa powder, plus more for dusting
3 tbsp Sugar
Pinch of salt
3 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt into a mixing bowl.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and place the eggs in the well. Mix well until eggs have been absorbed. Wrap dough in plastic and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
