Kosher salt
8-16 oz green beans (I like haricot verts)
1/4 c. blanched whole almonds coarsely chopped
3 T. Olive Oil
1 lg shallot minced
1 T. flat leaf parsley leaves thin slice
1 lemon
Fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the beans 2 minutes, drain and dry
Skillet add oil and almonds and shallots, med heat for few minutes
Heat to med high and add beans (more oil if needed), salt. Cook and stir often until tender crisp and even brown spots.
Add lemon zest, parsley, pepper and stir. Can add lemon juice or serve with lemon wedges
