½ can cream corn
1 ½ c. corn meal
½ c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 c. beer
5 jalapeños, chopped fine
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, if too dry, add more beer. If too wet, add more corn meal. It should have the texture like pancake batter. Drop into hot oil 350º. Remove when golden brown and let drain on paper towels.
