1 lb white fish, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
1 fresh lime
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
8, 6 inch corn tortillas
1 cup shredded cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350F
in a 1 gallon ziplock bag combine the fish, garlic, lime juice, cumin, and salt and shake to coat.
place in fridge and marinate for 15 minutes
remove fish from bag and discard marinade
line a baking sheet with foil and place fish on the sheet
bake for 15 minutes, fish should flake easily.
build tacos with remaining ingredients
