1/3 package taco seasoning mix
½ -1 lb ground beef cooked
1 (16 ounce) can black beans
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese,
softened
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
1 large tomato, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 large avocado, mashed with sour cream
1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. In a large frying pan cook the ground beef. Add 1/3 of the package of the taco seasoning and 1/3In a medium bowl, blend the taco seasoning mix and the beef. Add the drained can of Black Beans and mix well,. Using a potato masher mash down some of the black beans into the meat mixture. Spread the mixture onto a large pie plate.
2. Mix the sour cream and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Spread over the Meat Mixture.
3. Top the layers with salsa. Place a layer of diced tomato, diced green bell pepper, green onions, Spread the avocado over the salsa. Top with Cheddar cheese. Garnish with black olives.

Serve warmed with tortilla chips for dipping
