1 Qt. Water
1 Package dry yeast
2 tsp salt
1 C brown sugar
2 C rye flour
1/2 C powdered milk
1/2 C warm water
1 C. oil
1/2 C. Molasses
13 C. white flour
Sunflower or caraway seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve powdered milk in quart of water. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add yeast solution to milk mixture.
Add salt, oil, brown sugar, molasses, rye flower & 2 C. white flour. Mix slightly with electric mixer. Add rest of flour & mix well (I knead it). Put in bowl to let rise over night. Shape into 5 loaves and put in greased pans to rise.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Butter top.
