1 lb. Italian sausage
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 box lasagna
4 cups mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni
Canadian bacon
1/2 cup green pepper chopped
1/2 cup onion chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown sausage; drain. Mix sausage with spaghetti sauce and add green pepper and onions. Simmer.

Prepare lasagna noodles as directed. Layer half the noodles in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Spread half of the sauce mixture on top of the noodles. Put a layer of canadian bacon and then a layer of pepperoni. Sprinkle 2 cups of mozzarella cheese on top. Add another layer of noodles, sauce, canadian bacon, pepperoni and top with remaining cheese.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
