2 Egg Whites
4 T. Sugar
1/4 t. Cream of Tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add Sugar (use 2 T. of sugar for each egg white). Add Cream of Tartar.

Top pie with Meringue mixture. Brown under broiler.
