1 Cake Mix (any flavor)
1/3 C Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt (Vanilla)
3/4 C Egg substitute
1 C cold water
1 pkg of Sugar free/fat free Jello (0.3 oz) make as directed
1 pkg of Sugar free/fat free Vanilla or White Chocolate pudding
1 C low fat milk
1 8oz container or fat free cool whip

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

1. Combine; cake mix, yogurt, egg substitute, and cold water. Bake for 30 minutes.

2. Make jello mixture as directed. Poke holes in cake and pour jello over it. Chill in refrigerator.

FROSTING
Combine pudding mix, milk, and whipped topping. Blend with a whisk until smooth. Frost cake and store in refrigerator.
