1 pint sour cream
1 1/2 tsp dried onion
4 bullion cubes

Directions:
Coat chicken generously with flour. Heat oil in frying pan and brown chicken lightly. Put chicken in a pot. Add to it the paprika, dried onion, and bullion cubes. Add enough cold water to the pot to just cover the chicken. Let simmer for 1-1 1/2 hours. Add more water as needed. Add 1 sour cream. Stir until slightly mixed in the broth. Let simmer until sour cream is not lumpy. Add more paprika or bullion at any time. The sauce should be slightly pink. Serve with dumplings.

*More bullion cubes may be needed depending on amount of chicken and water added. After the chicken cooks for a while taste to determine.

Personal Notes:
Amy's Grandma used to make this dish everytime the family got together. She'd make it in huge batches and everyone would take some home to eat with her Grandpa's famous dumplings.
