1 1/2 Cup Uncooked White Rice
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
2 Tablespoons Oil
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Cup Salsa
2 Cups Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Add oil to a hot skillet; add onions and cook for 5 minutes.

Add rice and stir. The rice needs to brown a little. Once rice is brown (about 5 minutes), add cumin, salsa and broth. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 20 minutes.

Check rice. If it is not done cook for 5 more minutes.
