⅓ C. oil
¾ C. sugar
2 eggs
2 C. flour
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until thick. Add flour and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheets. Bake at 350°F for 8 10 minutes. If you want a thin cookie, take them out of the oven when they start to rise and bump them on oven door to make them fall. Do this several times.
