8 frozen hash brown patties
4 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. sliced ham, cut into pieces
7 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 baking dish. Place hash brown patties on bottom of dish. Sprinkle ham and cheese over patties. Beat remaining ingredients with a whisk and pour over top. Cover with foil and bake for 50 min. Remove foil and bake for 10 min. more.
