2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. pecans
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, drained
Frosting:
1 (8 oz. ) cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking soda. Add vanilla and eggs. Stir in pecans and pineapple. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes in jelly roll plan. Mix frosting ingredients together and frost cake when cooled.
