Ingredients:  
1 – 6 oz. pkg. Frozen snow crab, thawed and drained
1 – 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
1 – 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. chopped scallions
2 tbsp. Amaretto Liqueur
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 stick of butter, softened
1 loaf of French bread, cut into 1 inch pieces

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine crab, water chestnuts, cream cheese, scallions, Amaretto, parsley, and mustard, set aside.
2. Lightly butter one side of each slice of bread.
3. Place slices under broiler until lightly toasted; do same to other side.
4. Spread one side of each slice with crab mixture, then broil until bubbly 2-3 minutes.
