4 medium peaches sliced (3 C)
3/4 c bisquick
1/2 c quick oats
1/2 c packed brown sugar
3 T Margarine
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange peaches in an 8 x 8 glass dish. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle on peaches. Microwave on high, uncovered for 6 minutes. Turn dish, then 4-6 minutes more until peaches are tender. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Tip: you can brown the top by putting it under the broiler
Tip: You can also bake in the oven at 375 F for 30-35 minutes.

I'm not sure who deserves credit for this one, but we've had it at the lake a few times and it's a fast, easy summer dessert, especially when fresh peaches are available.
