2.5 Pounds Beef Sirloin Tip Roast, Cut into 1-Inch Cubes
1/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
1 Ounce Package Onion Soup Mix
4 Cups Beef Broth
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 Cups Uncooked Wide Egg Noodles

Directions:

Mix together flour, salt and pepper in a large ziploc bag. Add beef cubes and seal the bag. Toss the beef in the flour mixture until well coated.

In a large, deep skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and add coated beef. Saute beef in skillet until it is browned (about 6 minutes).

Place browned beef in crock pot. Sprinkle dry soup mix over beef.

In a bowl, whisk together broth, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce; pour over beef.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender. Add uncooked noodles; cover and cook for 30 more minutes until noodles are tender.
