1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons cornstarch
5 eggs or 1 egg and 4 egg beaters worth of eggs (1 cup Egg Beaters)
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup white sugar or Splenda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 (14.75 ounce) cans cream-style corn

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400º. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.

2. In a small jar with a lid, add cornstarch and milk. Shake until combined.

3. In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg. Whisk in cornstarch mixture. Stir in corn and creamed corn. Blend well. Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish.

4. Bake for 1 hour.
