1 C. light mayonnaise
1 T. lemon juice
3 T. Worcestershire sauce
¼ t. pepper
½ t. salt
1 T. sugar
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients (except chicken). Spoon half of mixture onto chicken. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and cover with the rest of the mixture. Cook for 30 more minutes. Serve over rice.

This can be made with regular mayonnaise but will be very greasy!
