1 lb. round steak (more if you prefer)
1 T. paprika
2 T. oleo
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 1½ C. water
1 C. sliced onions
2 green peppers, cut in strips
2 T. corn starch
¼ C. water
¼ C. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak in ½-inch strips and sprinkle meat with paprika. Allow to stand while preparing other ingredients. In a large skillet brown meat in oleo. Add broth. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in onions and green pepper. Cover and cook 5 minutes more. Blend corn starch, water, and soy sauce. Stir into meat mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until glossy and thickened (about 2 minutes). Serve over rice or noodles.
