Mustard
Canned French-fried onion rings, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray baking pan with Pam. Spread mustard liberally* over pork chops in baking pan. Press crushed onion rings onto top of pork chops. Bake, loosely covered with foil, for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake a few more minutes until onion rings are crisp.

Air Fryer: Bake at 325° for 20-25 minutes.

*The friend who gave me this recipe knows I don’t like mustard, and neither does she. So her instructions were: “Use as much mustard as you would use mayonnaise if you really like mayonnaise."
