1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 T. butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
Flour, enough to stiffen dough

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, eggs, and melted butter. Add flour to which spices and baking powder have been added; beat well. Add vanilla. Add enough flour to stiffen, alternately with milk. You will just need to judge on your own about how much flour is needed. Roll out dough and cut donuts. Fry in hot fat or oil, until golden brown.
