1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 cups plain flour
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
Glaze:
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour bundt pan. Mix cake ingredients at low speed until blended, then on high for 2 min. Pour batter into bundt pan and bake for 1 hour. Glaze: combine all ingredients in saucepan and heat until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Do not boil. Poke holes in cake and pour glaze over it while still in the pan. Allow cake to cool completely, then invert onto plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
