2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
2 Tbsp. oil
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Au Jus mix
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs and milk and shape into 8 patties. Heat oil in large skillet or pan with lid . Coat patties with flour and brown in oil. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over patties, cover, place in 275 degree oven and cook for 3 hours. You will have a delicious gravy to serve over mashed potatoes.
