3 C. cooked diced chicken
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms, chopped
1 T. chopped onions
¾ C. chopped celery
1 C. sliced almonds
¾ C. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large can chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Cook mushrooms, onions, and celery in microwave. Mix all ingredients except almonds and noodles. Put in casserole (I like to use a 9x13 pan). Top with almonds and noodles. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
