Cornbread (~1½ large skillets)
Biscuits
3 eggs
½ C. margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 t. salt
1 t. black pepper
½ t. red pepper
½ t. garlic powder
½ t. poultry seasoning
2 bouillon cubes
Dash of oregano
Chili powder
Chicken broth (~6 C.)

Directions:
Directions:
Make cornbread and biscuits and crumble in a large bowl. Add eggs, margarine, onions, and spices. Mix well and then pour chicken broth over bread crumbs. Pour in enough broth so that bread crumbs are juicy or soupy. Mix in chicken. Melt ¼ C. margarine in baking dish. Then pour dressing in baking dish and bake at 400°F about 30 minutes or until golden brown and not soupy.

One of our family's favorite things to eat is Chicken Dressing and it is also Mother's and my most enjoyable thing to make. We do not use a recipe – we just make it. This is similar to the way we make it.
