1 lb. ground beef
1 C. chopped onion
½ t. salt
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 C. milk
½ C. Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in greased 9 inch pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
