Frozen sirloin roast
Flour
1 pkg. Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
Oil
Cooked rice
Directions:
Directions:
While roast is partially frozen, cut into strips or chunks. Mix a lot of flour with onion soup mix. Coat the meat with this mixture. Heat oil in a frying pan. Put all of the meat and flour mixture in the pan and brown. Transfer all the scrapings with the meat into a crock pot. Cover with hot tap water. Cook on high for a few hours. Serve over rice.
