1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. half and half
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 chicken bouillon
1/2 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. imitation crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large skillet; add flour and stir to make paste. Combine water and chicken bouillon; add water mixture and half and half to skillet mixture. Mix and heat until thickened. Add Parmesan; melt. Add imitation crab meat; heat through. Serve over linguine.

I have used chicken instead of crab meat and that is also very good.
