Personal Notes:
This is to be used with fried catfish. Since it is difficult to find a catfish restaurant that makes good tartar sauce, we usually whip this up, put it in a small mason jar and take it with us. If the wait staff has noticed our own sauce no one has ever said anything to us. Also, I am not shy about letting them know I don't like their tartar sauce. I think I have even told one establishment that I would gladly go to the kitchen and tell them how to make it.
