2 – 8 oz. cans Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups (8 oz) sharp cheddar cheese
6 oz. imitation crab. Chopped
1/3 cup green onion slices
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:

1. Unroll dough into four rectangles. Place in 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan; press onto bottom and halfway up sides of pan to form crust. Seal perforations.
2. Bake at 375º, 10 minutes.
3. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper, mix well.
4. Add cheese, crabmeat, onions, and parsley, mix lightly.
5. Spread over crust.
6. Continue baking 12 to 15 minutes; cut into squares.
