1 box Vanilla Wafers
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. Cream Cheese, softened
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
paper cupcake liners
1 can Cherry Pie Filling

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put one vanilla wafer in each cupcake liner.
2. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and creamy.
3. Spoon onto wafers, leaving room on top of each to rise.
4. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
5. Remove from oven an spoon cherry pie filling on top while hot.
6. Refrigerate until cool.
