8 apples (Golden Delicious and/or Granny Smith), peeled, cored and sliced
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter or margarine

1 Box Pillsbury Pie Crust

PIE FILLING
1. Heat oven to 400º.
2. Combine all ingredients, except butter or margarine and put in pie crust.
3. Dot with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine.
4. Put on top crust and cut slits for escape of steam.
5. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
