5 cups torn French bread pieces
1 baked sweet potato
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Vanilla Sauce:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pie spice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Remove sweet potato from peel. Place in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, sugar, brown sugar, spice, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Add marshmallows, bread, pecans and milk. Stir until just combined. Pour into 8x8 pan sprayed with PAM. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 min. Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over warm bread pudding.
