1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1/3 c. margarine
1 egg
3 c. miniature marshmallows
Topping:
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (10 ounce) package peanut butter chips
2 c. crisp rice cereal
2 c. salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine yellow cake mix, margarine and egg; press evenly into 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake 12-18 minutes. Remove from oven and over hot crust with marshmallows. Return pan to oven 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffy. Cool while preparing topping. For Topping: Heat syrup, margarine and vanilla in a large saucepan over low heat until margarine is melted. Add chips and heat until chips are melted. Stir in cereal and peanuts. Spoon mixture over marshmallows. Chill until firm and cut into squares. Makes 18 squares.
