1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1 (6-ounce) package (1 cup) semisweet chocolate chips
Glaze:
1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 - 4 T. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar, beating well. Blend in egg, peanut butter, baking soda, salt and vanilla. Stir in flour and rolled oats. Spread into greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes. Glaze: Blend sifted confectioners' sugar and peanut butter; blend in enough milk to make a glaze consistency. Spread chocolate chips evenly. Drizzle with peanut butter glaze. Cool completely, then cut into bars.
