12 c. freshly popped corn

Nonstick cooking spray

1 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Remove all un-popped kernels from popped corn. If using plain corn, add 2 tsp. salt, or to taste. Coat a 13 x 9 baking pan with cooking spray. Pour popped corn into pan. Top with oats, cranberries and peanuts. Combine brown sugar and honey in medium saucepan. (If using unseasoned, plain popcorn, add 2 tsp. salt) Cook on medium-high heat for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until syrup comes to a full boil and sugar is dissolved. Pour syrup over popcorn mixture. Carefully toss, using 2 large spoons, until mixture is evenly coated. Bake 20 minutes, stirring once midway through baking. Remove from oven; lightly press popcorn evenly into pan. Cool on rack about 2 hours or until set. Cut into 24 bars.
