8 cups air-popped corn
parchment paper
1 cup apple juice
1 Tbs brown sugar, packed
1 Tbs butter
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º. Place popped corn in a large baking pan lined with parchment paper. Boil apple juice and brown sugar in a small saucepan over high heat until reduced to less than 1/4 cup and starting to thicken, about 15 minutes.Stir in butter and drizzle over popcorn. Toss gently with a spatula to coat kernels evenly. Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and toss popcorn again to combine ingredients. Allow to cool before enjoying.
