Ingredients:
8 cups air-popped corn
wax paper
cooking spray (canola or olive oil)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup real semi-sweet chocolate chips
zippered sandwich bag

Directions:
Directions:
Spread popcorn on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Lightly spray with oil and sprinkle with salt. Put chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup. Microwave on medium setting for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat heating until chips are melted (about 90 seconds total). Transfer melted chocolate to sandwich bag and zip bag closed. Using kitchen scissors, snip off a small portion from lower corner of the bag. Squeeze bag and drizzle chocolate over the popcorn until all the kernels are lightly coated. Toss lightly with a spatula to distribute chocolate - popcorn does not need to be solidly covered. Allow chocolate to firm up, then break pieces apart. Store in air-tight container.
